I was very hesitant to hire a personal trainer, but after a few sessions, I knew I was ready to commit. Workouts at Better Bodies are never boring, and there are always new exciting exercises. It has only been three months so far but I am in better shape than I have ever been, and I feel more energetic. I have lost weight, gained muscle, and increased my endurance. I have also been able to increase my flexibility and improve my balance. Overall I would recommend Better Bodies Studios to anyone who is looking to get in better shape and improve their health. Sarah
